ENARA is primarily an online brand. Our collections are available through our website, selected multi brand retail stores, and exclusive pop up exhibitions across various cities in Pakistan. At present, we do not operate a standalone ENARA retail outlet.

When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 5 working days.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

At checkout, enter your code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field and click Apply. Your updated total will automatically reflect on the screen before payment.

SIZING

I am unsure about my size. What should I do?

You can refer to our size guide for general measurements. If a particular article has a unique cut or styling, detailed sizing information will be mentioned within the product description or alongside the images.

Do you offer customisations?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days, subject to normal operating conditions.

I need my order urgently for a special occasion. Can it be expedited?

If you require delivery by a specific date, please inform us via WhatsApp, social media, or mention it in the order notes at checkout. Our team will make every effort to deliver your order on time.

Is express shipping available?

For urgent deliveries, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. While we will try our best to facilitate express shipping, it cannot always be guaranteed and depends on operational feasibility. In certain cases, expedited delivery may be arranged with additional charges.

Do you offer international shipping?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or social media so our team can confirm availability and delivery options. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

What are the shipping charges within Pakistan?

We offer complimentary delivery on all domestic orders.

The courier is asking for more payment than expected. What should I do?

Please only pay the Cash on Delivery amount mentioned in your order confirmation email and printed on the parcel. ENARA is not responsible for any additional payments made beyond the confirmed total. In case of discrepancies, contact our team or the courier service immediately.

How should I care for ENARA products?

• Dry clean is recommended
• Soak all items separately in water before stitching
• Avoid bleach and stain removing chemicals
• Wash coloured and dyed fabrics separately
• Do not dry cotton fabrics in direct sunlight

Why does the color look slightly different from the website images?
