SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped through registered and reliable courier partners.
At ENARA, every order is prepared and packed with attention and care. Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days of confirmation. In certain cases, processing may require additional time. If so, our team will inform you accordingly.
Customers can generally expect delivery within 10 to 12 working days from the date of order placement.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days for dispatch or delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These charges vary depending on the destination country and the nature of the product.
Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid directly to the shipping carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex at the time of delivery. The courier service will issue an invoice for these charges where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in Punjab, Pakistan. Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout, so please ensure the details are accurate.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking or consignment number via email along with the courier company details. You may track your shipment directly on the respective courier’s website.

PAYMENT METHODS
For deliveries within Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery as well as online payment options through major debit and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Net banking options across leading banks are also available.
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Otherwise, your parcel will be processed as Cash on Delivery.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Orders are processed promptly after confirmation. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team at the earliest. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, a 5 percent handling fee of the total order value will be deducted before processing the refund to your account or card.
During sale periods, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable. Exchanges will only be considered in the case of a defective or faulty product.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, public unrest, fire, epidemics, or similar events may affect production or delivery timelines. In such cases, orders will be processed once normal operations resume. Under these exceptional conditions, cancellations and refunds will not be entertained.

RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.
This policy applies to domestic orders within Pakistan.
For international customers, returns are subject to logistical limitations. Shipments sent back to Pakistan may incur substantial duties and taxes and can face customs clearance challenges. Any costs related to international returns including freight charges, customs duties in Pakistan, and reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS AFTER RETURN
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit note. This credit note can be used for future purchases on www.enaraofficial.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We offer a straightforward exchange policy within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is returned unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.
